- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit highly qualified and diverse students to Northwestern University.
- Lead and manage a team of admissions counselors, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and other materials to make informed admissions decisions.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, information sessions, and campus tours.
- Collaborate with other departments and university stakeholders to ensure a seamless admissions process for prospective students.
- Stay up-to-date on admissions trends and best practices in higher education to continually improve recruitment strategies.

- Represent the university at conferences, events, and other relevant engagements to promote Northwestern and attract top students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community-based organizations, and other key partners to expand outreach efforts.
- Manage the admissions budget and resources effectively to achieve recruitment goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and university policies related to admissions.
- Serve as a resource for students and families throughout the admissions process, providing information and guidance on application requirements, deadlines, and financial aid.
- Contribute to the overall success of the admissions department by participating in meetings, committees, and special projects as needed.
- Continuously monitor and analyze admissions data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the admissions process.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of admissions and student recruitment.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Counseling, Or Marketing.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Admissions Or A Related Field, Preferably In A University Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Higher Education Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Diverse Populations.
Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, Including Experience Managing And Coordinating Teams.
