In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and shape our executive education programs, working closely with our diverse community of students and faculty.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for executive education programs, in alignment with Northwestern University's mission and values.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and deliver innovative and relevant executive education programs that meet the needs of our students and the ever-changing business landscape.
  3. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive education programs, including budget, staffing, and resource allocation.
  4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the program.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and other academic institutions, to promote the executive education programs and expand opportunities for collaboration.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in executive education, and make recommendations for program enhancements and improvements.
  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff within the executive education department, fostering a culture of growth, development, and excellence.
  8. Oversee the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes for the executive education programs, ensuring a diverse and highly qualified student body.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement effective strategies to promote and market the executive education programs.
  10. Serve as a representative and advocate for the executive education programs within the university and to external audiences, promoting their value and impact.
  11. Monitor and track program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the executive education programs.
  12. Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct, representing Northwestern University with integrity and professionalism at all times.
  13. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in the field of executive education.
  14. Support and contribute to the overall goals and initiatives of Northwestern University, and actively participate in university-wide committees and events.

Job Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field, With A Strong Academic Record And At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Executive Education Or A Related Role.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Teams, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Diverse Stakeholders Including Faculty, Students, Alumni, And Corporate Partners.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Business Landscape And Trends In Executive Education, As Well As Experience Developing And Implementing Innovative Programs.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Initiatives Simultaneously While Meeting Deadlines And Maintaining High Quality Standards.
