  1. Operate radiologic and x-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images for patients.
  2. Follow established protocols and safety measures to ensure accurate and safe procedures.
  3. Prepare patients for radiologic exams and explain procedures to them in a clear and comforting manner.
  4. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide efficient and accurate diagnostic services.
  5. Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation of all procedures.
  6. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions.
  7. Adhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
  8. Stay updated on advances in radiology technology and techniques through continuing education.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and medical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from patients and their families.
  11. Follow ethical and legal standards to protect patient confidentiality.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  15. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field From An Accredited Program.

  • Current Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).

  • State Licensure As A Radiologic Technologist.

  • Strong Understanding Of Radiology Equipment And Techniques, Including X-Ray, Mri, And Ct Scan.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients And Medical Staff.
