
Patient Access Representative

Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients upon arrival.
- Verify patient information, including insurance coverage.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted.
- Answer patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule appointments, including follow-up visits.
- Maintain updated records of patient interactions.
- Process payments and provide accurate billing information.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
- Handle difficult situations and complaints with professionalism.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
