Patient Access Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and register patients upon arrival.
2. Verify patient information, including insurance coverage.
3. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted.
4. Answer patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Schedule appointments, including follow-up visits.
6. Maintain updated records of patient interactions.
7. Process payments and provide accurate billing information.
8. Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
9. Handle difficult situations and complaints with professionalism.
10. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
