As a Grant Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating grant applications, tracking awarded funds, and ensuring compliance with all grant requirements.   1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of grant applications, including researching potential funding opportunities, preparing and submitting grant proposals, and ensuring timely submission deadlines are met.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding agencies, including communicating with representatives and providing necessary documentation as needed.
  3. Work closely with department heads and other team members to identify funding needs and develop grant proposals that align with the institution's mission and goals.
  4. Create and maintain a comprehensive database of all grant applications, awarded funds, and reporting requirements.
  5. Monitor and track the progress of awarded grants, including preparing progress reports and ensuring compliance with all grant requirements.
  6. Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to track and manage budget allocations for each grant.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest regulations and requirements for grant management, and ensure the institution is in compliance with all guidelines.
  8. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including department heads, program directors, and funders, to provide updates on grant activities and progress.
  9. Conduct research and gather data to support grant proposals and reports.
  10. Assist with the development of long-term strategic plans for securing grant funding and increasing the institution's impact in the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Grant Management And Administration.
