- Prepare and serve meals to patients and staff according to prescribed diets and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure all food items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking food and supplies.
