Develop and implement advanced systems to address complex challenges.
Collaborate with team members to design innovative solutions.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
Utilize systems engineering principles and methodologies to design, develop, and test systems.
Ensure project requirements are met and delivered within budget and on schedule.
Communicate with stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions to improve systems and processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security clearance.
Document and report on project progress and results.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and project managers.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively at all times.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Industry
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Systems Engineering Principles, Processes, And Tools
Experience With Requirements Analysis, System Design, Integration, Testing, And Verification
Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Security Clearance, Or Already Possess A Security Clearance.
