  1. Monitor and analyze global trade regulations and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement trade compliance procedures and policies to ensure adherence to international trade laws.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all trade activities are properly documented and in compliance with applicable laws.
  5. Keep up-to-date with changes in trade regulations and advise the company on necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
  6. Prepare and submit trade compliance reports and documentation to relevant government agencies as required.
  7. Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with external partners, such as customs brokers and freight forwarders, to ensure compliance with trade regulations.
  9. Investigate and resolve any trade compliance violations or issues that may arise.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all trade compliance activities.
  11. Communicate any potential risks or issues related to trade compliance to management and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  12. Stay informed of industry best practices and proactively identify areas for improvement in trade compliance processes.
  13. Participate in government audits and assist in the preparation of required documentation.
  14. Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies regarding trade compliance matters.
  15. Continuously review and improve trade compliance processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Trade Compliance, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Us Export Regulations, Including Itar And Ear.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders.
