  1. Collaborate with a team of engineers and professionals to design, develop, and maintain complex systems for the defense and aerospace industries.
  2. Utilize engineering principles and techniques to solve technical problems and improve system functionality.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  4. Participate in the entire systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the development process.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, discuss project goals and deadlines, and address any issues or concerns.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  8. Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices to contribute to the company's culture of innovation.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all systems and projects.
  10. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  11. Actively participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions to improve processes and project outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Systems Engineering Principles And Processes.

  • Experience With Systems Engineering Tools Such As Doors, Sysml, And Matlab.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 15288 And Mil-Std-499.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
