Develop and maintain complex systems for aerospace and defense projects.
Apply expertise in systems engineering to ensure project success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Conduct system analysis and design to meet customer requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Participate in system testing and validation activities.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new technologies into system designs.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support.
Mentor and train junior team members.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices.
Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Proactively identify and propose solutions for potential project roadblocks.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.
Demonstrated Experience In Designing, Developing, And Implementing Complex Systems For Military Or Aerospace Applications.
Proficiency In Systems Engineering Processes, Tools, And Methodologies, Such As Model-Based Systems Engineering (Mbse) And Agile Methodologies.
