- Manage and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for servers, workstations, and other network devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any vulnerabilities or risks.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and policies.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on system usage and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support of systems.
- Adhere to company and industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Continuously monitor system performance and make proactive recommendations for optimization and efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours system support.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Systems Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporate Or Government Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Operating Systems Such As Windows, Linux, And Unix.
Strong Understanding Of Networking Concepts And Protocols.
Certifications Such As Mcse, Ccna, Or Rhce Are Highly Preferred.
