  1. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
  2. Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements, including terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with subcontractors, and develop contingency plans when necessary.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop supply chain strategies that support company goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor subcontractor performance and provide regular status updates to management.
  6. Conduct market research and identify potential new subcontractors to expand the supply chain network.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to subcontract management.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise.
  9. Analyze and evaluate subcontractor proposals, providing recommendations to management.
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  12. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold company values and ethics.
  13. Train and mentor junior supply chain personnel to develop their skills and knowledge.
  14. Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  15. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Or Subcontracting

  • Knowledge Of Government Procurement Regulations And Processes

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite
