- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
- Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements, including terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with subcontractors, and develop contingency plans when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop supply chain strategies that support company goals and objectives.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and provide regular status updates to management.
- Conduct market research and identify potential new subcontractors to expand the supply chain network.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to subcontract management.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze and evaluate subcontractor proposals, providing recommendations to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Or Subcontracting
Knowledge Of Government Procurement Regulations And Processes
Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers
