  1. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for Northrop Grumman.
  2. Manage supplier performance through regular communication and monitoring of delivery schedules and quality standards.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and develop subcontracting strategies to meet those needs.
  5. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and suitability for Northrop Grumman's projects.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
  7. Monitor and track subcontractor costs to ensure compliance with budgetary and financial requirements.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of all subcontracting activities.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to supply chain and subcontracting processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Subcontract Management Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Government Contracting Regulations And Processes, Including Far, Dfar, And Itar.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Experience With Cost Analysis And Ability To Analyze And Interpret Cost Data For Subcontractor Proposals.
