  1. Manage the procurement process for the supply chain, including identifying potential suppliers, issuing requests for proposals, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services from suppliers to support our company's operations.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery of goods and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their supply chain needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  5. Monitor and track supplier performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  6. Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Manage all aspects of subcontracting activities, including negotiating terms and conditions, managing subcontractor performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates on the status of procurement and subcontracting activities.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain management and subcontracting.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Mentor and train junior members of the supply chain team to ensure a strong and capable workforce for the future.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (Dfars).

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Or Subcontracting.

  • Experience With Contract Negotiation And Vendor Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Subcontractors.
