  1. Manage the procurement process for the supply chain, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and purchasing goods and services.
  2. Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services to meet company needs and customer requirements.
  3. Monitor and analyze supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to achieve cost savings for the company.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies for optimizing the supply chain and reducing costs.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
  8. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the procurement function.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment and timely execution of procurement initiatives.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  12. Train and mentor other supply chain team members on procurement processes and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry

  • Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions For Cost Savings And Process Improvement

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Suppliers And Stakeholders.
