- Conduct stress analysis on airframe structures using various tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve complex problems related to airframe structures.
- Develop and validate stress analysis models for new and existing aircraft designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all stress analysis activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
- Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for structural modifications.
- Generate reports and documentation to communicate stress analysis results and recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the stress analysis department.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in stress analysis methods and tools.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within designated deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all stress analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of stress analysis into the overall aircraft design and manufacturing process.
Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Stress Analysis And Structural Design For Aircraft Or Aerospace Systems
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Stress Analysis And Airframe Design, Including Faa Regulations, Mil-Stds And Asme Standards
Proficiency In Using Stress Analysis Software And Tools, Such As Ansys, Nastran, And Patran
Experience With Material Review Board (Mrb) Processes And Procedures, Including Troubleshooting And Resolving Structural Issues During The Manufacturing And Testing Phases Of Aircraft Development.
