  1. Manage and maintain Windows-based systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations for the organization.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows systems, including hardware, software, and network configurations.
  3. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent downtime and optimize system performance.
  4. Install, configure, and upgrade Windows operating systems, applications, and services as needed.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
  6. Maintain system security by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with the latest security best practices.
  7. Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration and network diagrams, for reference and troubleshooting purposes.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT team members on Windows-related issues.
  9. Monitor system backups and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
  10. Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvements and optimizations to enhance system performance and reliability.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Windows systems technology to make recommendations for system updates and enhancements.
  12. Collaborate with other Windows systems administrators to share knowledge, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  13. Follow change management procedures to ensure proper testing and implementation of system changes and updates.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies as needed.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Familiarity With Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware Or Hyper-V.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Windows System Administration, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Windows Operating Systems, Including Server Infrastructure, Active Directory, And Group Policy.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks.
