
Staff Systems Test Engineer (Air Vehicle Management)

- Design and execute complex systems tests to ensure the functionality and performance of advanced air vehicle systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, procedures, and requirements.
- Analyze test data and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and debug systems issues to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test reports and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during testing.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure the success of the team and project.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and customers, to provide updates on testing progress and results.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary components for testing.
- Participate in the development and review of system requirements to ensure testability and traceability.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks during the testing process.
Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Systems Testing, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, Or Java.
Knowledge And Experience With Air Vehicle Management Systems, Including Flight Control, Navigation, And Mission Systems.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
