  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes that support the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and cost savings.
  3. Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance.
  4. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services at competitive prices.
  5. Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, and purchasing of goods and services.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure supply chain processes align with those needs.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
  8. Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to improve supply chain processes.
  9. Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions in supply or changes in regulations.
  10. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to ensure a strong and capable workforce.
  11. Participate in budget planning and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates on supply chain performance and initiatives.
  13. Uphold company standards and policies related to ethical sourcing and sustainability practices.
  14. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations.
  15. Take ownership of special projects and initiatives related to supply chain operations as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Principles And Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
