Conduct research and development on superconducting devices and materials to advance the field of technology.
Design, fabricate, and test superconducting devices and systems.
Analyze and interpret data from experiments and simulations to gain insights into device behavior and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive projects to completion.
Identify areas for improvement and propose new ideas for enhancing device performance and functionality.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in superconducting technology to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all work activities.
Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events to showcase our expertise in superconducting technology.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Physics, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

Previous Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Scientists And Engineers.
