- Design and develop RF systems for defense and space programs.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of RF systems to ensure functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF components into larger systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in RF technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the development process.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of all RF designs and testing procedures.
- Participate in the development of project plans and schedules, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Continuously improve and optimize RF systems to enhance performance and capabilities.
- Communicate project updates and progress to team members and management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables.

- Act as a technical expert and represent the company in meetings and presentations with clients and partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Rf Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Proficiency In Using Simulation And Design Tools Such As Ads, Hfss, And Cst.
Strong Understanding Of Rf System Design, Including Antennas, Filters, Amplifiers, And Mixers.
Experience With Test And Measurement Equipment And Techniques For Rf Systems, Including Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, And Signal Generators.
