- Design and develop RF systems for complex projects, utilizing engineering principles and techniques.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of RF systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in RF technology and incorporate them into project designs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and other departments within the company.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the development and testing process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.

- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in RF technology.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and solutions.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Rf Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Rf System Design, Analysis, And Testing Techniques.
Experience With Rf Simulation Tools And Software, Such As Ads, Hfss, Or Cst.
Familiarity With Government Regulations And Standards Related To Rf Systems, Such As Mil-Std-461 And 464.
