Design, develop, and test RF systems for various projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Use strong understanding of RF engineering principles to solve complex problems.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate them into project designs.
Conduct thorough testing and analysis of RF systems to ensure functionality and performance.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all RF designs and testing procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design and development process.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Actively participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for improving processes and procedures.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Continuously improve and innovate upon existing RF systems to enhance performance and functionality.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
Act as a subject matter expert on RF engineering and provide technical support and guidance to the team.
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Design, Development, And Testing Of Rf Systems.
Proficiency In Using Rf Simulation And Design Software Such As Ads, Hfss, And Cst.
Experience With Rf Test Equipment And Measurement Techniques.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Rf Systems, Such As Fcc And Itu.
