  1. Design and develop advanced RF/Analog mixed-signal integrated circuits for cutting-edge projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of mixed-signal components.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the latest trends and technologies in RF and analog circuit design.
  4. Apply industry best practices and standards to ensure high-quality and reliable designs.
  5. Develop and maintain design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and verification plans.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to circuit design, layout, and integration.
  7. Utilize simulation and modeling tools to verify and optimize circuit performance.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the design process.
  10. Stay updated on advancements in the field of RF/Analog mixed-signal IC design and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
  11. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deliver designs within specified deadlines.
  14. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Higher Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Rf/Analog Mixed-Signal Ic Design.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Design Tools, Such As Cadence Or Mentor Graphics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Device Physics, Circuit Theory, And Signal Processing.

  • Experience With Design Verification And Validation, Including Simulation, Layout, And Testing.
