  1. Monitor and analyze program costs and schedules to ensure accuracy and adherence to budget and timeline.
  2. Develop and maintain program cost and schedule baselines, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  3. Conduct thorough cost and schedule variance analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities, and make recommendations for corrective action.
  4. Collaborate with program management and financial teams to develop and maintain accurate program forecasts and provide timely updates.
  5. Create and maintain program financial reports, including cost performance, funding profiles, and cash flow projections.
  6. Participate in program reviews and meetings to provide cost and schedule analysis and recommendations.
  7. Utilize program management tools and systems to accurately track and report program costs and schedules.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program cost and schedule control.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program cost and schedule management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate cost and schedule data.
  11. Work closely with program managers to develop and maintain program budgets and resource plans.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations, related to cost and schedule management.
  13. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or risks that may impact program cost and schedule performance.
  14. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Cost And Schedule Control.

  • Familiarity With Industry-Standard Cost And Schedule Management Tools, Such As Earned Value Management (Evm) And Microsoft Project.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Management.
