Design and develop innovative power systems for defense and aerospace applications.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most efficient and effective power solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure successful integration of power systems.
Utilize advanced tools and techniques to design, simulate, and test power electronics components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to power systems.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and advancements in power electronics.
Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations to improve the performance and reliability of power systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.

Proactively identify and propose solutions for potential risks and challenges in power system development.
Collaborate with supply chain and vendors to source and qualify components for power systems.
Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for power system development timelines and budgets.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by staying updated on industry developments and providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Power Electronics Design And Development
Proficient In Simulation And Analysis Tools Such As Spice, Plecs, And Matlab
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Power Electronics Such As Mil-Std-704 And Do-160
