Design and develop innovative and advanced technologies for the defense, intelligence, and civil industries.
Utilize technical knowledge and skills to solve complex design challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Create detailed design plans, specifications, and documentation.
Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create 2D and 3D models.
Perform simulations and tests to evaluate the performance and functionality of designs.
Identify and troubleshoot any design issues or obstacles.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on design best practices.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Design And Engineering Within The Aerospace Or Defense Industry
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Materials, And Tolerances
Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment And Effectively Communicate Design Concepts And Ideas.
