- Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct data analysis and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
- Oversee the coordination of transportation, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and track logistics metrics to ensure compliance with company standards and performance targets
- Identify and resolve logistical issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all logistics activities
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in logistics regulations and make necessary adjustments to processes and procedures
- Train and mentor junior logistics team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while representing the company to external partners and customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Logistics Management Or Supply Chain Operations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Knowledge Of Logistics And Supply Chain Processes, Including Inventory Management, Distribution, And Transportation.
Proficiency In Logistics Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Wms.
