  • Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Conduct data analysis and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
  • Oversee the coordination of transportation, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
  • Monitor and track logistics metrics to ensure compliance with company standards and performance targets
  • Identify and resolve logistical issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all logistics activities
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in logistics regulations and make necessary adjustments to processes and procedures
  • Train and mentor junior logistics team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while representing the company to external partners and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Logistics Management Or Supply Chain Operations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Logistics And Supply Chain Processes, Including Inventory Management, Distribution, And Transportation.

  • Proficiency In Logistics Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Wms.
