We’re looking for a motivated Staff Java Software Engineer with experience in Java programming and development to join the Northrop Grumman team. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem solver with a passion for creating high-quality software solutions, and a commitment to continual improvement.To be successful in this role, you must possess strong technical abilities in Java programming and development, as well as object-oriented design and development experience. Knowledge of web services and other related technologies is a plus. You must also be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and maintain excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in software engineering in an Agile environment is a plus.We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual who is able to take initiative and be an integral part of our team.
