  1. Lead and oversee integration and test activities for complex and cutting-edge projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration and test plans.
  3. Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of all integration and test activities.
  4. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
  5. Ensure all integration and test activities are conducted in accordance with company and industry standards.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration and test processes.
  7. Communicate project status and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in integration and test technologies.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  14. Represent the company and maintain a professional image at all times.
  15. Serve as a point of contact for any integration and test related inquiries or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Integration And Testing Of Complex Systems, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Resolving Conflicts.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards And Processes, Such As Mil-Std-810 And As9100.
