  1. Design and develop industrial systems to support production processes.
  2. Maintain and improve existing industrial systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  3. Utilize systems engineering principles to identify and address production process challenges.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address operational needs.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  6. Develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all industrial systems.
  8. Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  9. Train and educate team members on new systems and processes.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in industrial systems technology.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation and records of system designs, changes, and improvements.
  12. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate them into system design.
  13. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to implement new systems or processes.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with industrial systems to minimize downtime.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Industrial Engineering Or Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industrial Systems Design, Implementation, And Optimization.

  • Proficiency In Various Engineering Software And Tools, Such As Autocad, Matlab, And Simulation Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
