  1. Lead and oversee the development, production, and maintenance of advanced hardware systems for Northrop Grumman.
  2. Serve as the leader of our integrated product team (IPT), responsible for coordinating and managing the efforts of a multidisciplinary team.
  3. Ensure all hardware engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  4. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IPT.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance hardware system performance and efficiency.
  6. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  7. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in hardware engineering.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
  12. Represent Northrop Grumman as a subject matter expert in hardware engineering at industry events and conferences.
  13. Collaborate with other IPT leads to ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Drive a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and respect within the IPT.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hardware Development And Integration, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Hardware Engineers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hardware Design And Development Processes, Including Requirements Analysis, Testing, And Troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
