Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for global products and systems to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and establish testing methodologies.
Lead and manage the testing and evaluation process for mission critical projects, ensuring all project milestones and deadlines are met.
Utilize your expertise in engineering to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues during the testing process.
Continuously improve and streamline the testing process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on the team.
Communicate test results and recommendations to project stakeholders, including management and clients.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and providing solutions to mitigate them.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in testing technologies and techniques to continuously improve the testing process.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of testing activities with other project tasks.
Act as a subject matter expert on testing and evaluation for global products and systems within the company.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Testing And Quality Assurance In A Global Environment.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers.
Strong Understanding Of Testing Methodologies And Quality Standards Such As Iso 9001.
