Job Description

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Staff Engineer Structural to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with a variety of individuals and disciplines, while delivering innovative solutions to complex problems.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in civil or aerospace engineering, or a related discipline, as well as 8+ years of experience in structural engineering or related field. They must have a thorough understanding of aerospace structural engineering principles, including materials selection, finite element analysis, and stress analysis. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to work independently, be a highly organized self-starter, and have excellent communication skills. Practical experience with 3D CAD modeling and analysis software packages is a must.If you have the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
