  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of mission assurance for projects within the company, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of products and processes.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and quality control personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion.
  4. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for customer and supplier quality issues, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  7. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mission assurance, and recommend and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve processes.
  9. Ensure all documentation, including quality records and reports, are accurate and maintained in accordance with company policies.
  10. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the company, encouraging and motivating team members to strive for excellence in all aspects of their work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Aerospace Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Mission Assurance Or Related Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Quality And Mission Assurance, Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.

  • Strong Experience In Implementing And Managing Quality Control Processes And Procedures, Including Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Actions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Information To Stakeholders.
