Design and develop cutting-edge electrical systems for aerospace and defense applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
Conduct research and analysis to improve existing systems and develop new technologies.
Use technical expertise and industry knowledge to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and performance.
Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into designs.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team to ensure high-quality work and continuous learning.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address any concerns.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards while completing projects on time and within budget.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Electrical Simulation Tools.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Engineering Design, Development, And Testing.
Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Ieee, Nfpa, And Ul.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
