Design and develop electrical systems and components for various aerospace and defense technology projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of electrical systems into overall project designs.
Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in electrical engineering processes.
Utilize advanced engineering software and tools to design, simulate, and validate electrical systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and test plans.
Conduct testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development and implementation of electrical systems.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering to continually improve processes and stay ahead of competitors.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source necessary electrical components and equipment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies in the design and implementation of electrical systems.
Participate in project planning and budgeting activities as needed.
Continuously strive for excellence and quality in all electrical engineering projects.
Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to provide project updates and seek guidance when needed.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Electrical Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry
Strong Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Components, Including Design, Analysis, And Testing
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage Projects, As Well As Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
