  1. Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
  2. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of electrical systems and components to ensure functionality and performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to continuously improve processes and designs.
  6. Communicate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and offer technical recommendations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the design and development of electrical systems.

  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test plans.

  13. Remain accountable for project deadlines and deliverables while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Electrical Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Working Knowledge Of Industry Standard Electrical Design And Analysis Software.

  • Experience With System Integration And Testing, Including Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
