Lead and provide technical expertise in the design, development, and testing of aeronautical systems and components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct research and analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
Review and evaluate project plans, proposals, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the performance and functionality of aeronautical systems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional development.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders and management.
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate them into project designs.
Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols.
Continuously strive for process improvement and optimization.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of company products and services.
Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to support project goals.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input and recommendations.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities and results.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Aeronautical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Aerospace Industry, With A Focus On Aeronautical Systems And Components.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Aeronautical Design Principles And Engineering Processes.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Teams To Successfully Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Familiarity With Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa And Mil-Std.
