  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers working on the development of the G/ATOR system.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test the G/ATOR system.
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  4. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Drive innovation and push the boundaries of technology in the development of the G/ATOR system.
  6. Ensure compliance with all project requirements and specifications.
  7. Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, proactively addressing them to keep the project on track.
  8. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  9. Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and incorporate them into the development of the G/ATOR system.
  11. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Design, Development, And Testing Of Complex Radar Systems.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Radar System Architecture, Digital Signal Processing, And Rf Technologies.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
