  1. Lead and oversee the integration and testing process of complex systems for various defense and aerospace programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration and test plans to ensure the successful integration of system components.
  3. Utilize strong systems engineering knowledge and experience to identify potential issues and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance.
  4. Create and maintain detailed integration and test procedures and reports in accordance with company and industry standards.
  5. Participate in design reviews to ensure system requirements are testable and can be verified during the integration and testing process.
  6. Conduct tests, analyze data, and document results to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the integration and testing process.
  8. Utilize industry best practices and techniques to continuously improve the integration and testing process and ensure efficient and effective execution.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on integration and testing processes and procedures.
  10. Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on the status of integration and testing activities and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during the integration and testing process.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in systems engineering, integration, and testing to apply best practices and techniques to projects.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all integration and testing activities for future reference and audit purposes.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Systems Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Systems Integration And Testing, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Systems Engineering Processes And Methodologies, Including Requirements Management, Verification And Validation, And Configuration Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Systems Integration And Testing Projects, Including Developing And Executing Test Plans And Procedures, Identifying And Mitigating Risks, And Ensuring On-Time Delivery.

  • Strong Technical And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex System Issues And Provide Innovative Solutions.
