- Develop and lead the implementation of global requirements for our systems in complex programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and performance of systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis and problem-solving to identify potential issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of cutting-edge technology and industry trends to inform and improve global requirements.
- Utilize strong systems engineering skills to design and develop complex systems.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers within the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Communicate and present technical information to stakeholders and senior management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of global requirements development.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive working relationships with clients and partners.
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in global requirements development.
- Support proposal development and participate in customer meetings and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all global requirements processes and activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Systems Engineering, With A Minimum Of 10 Years In A Leadership Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Requirements Development And Management Processes, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Complex System Architectures And Their Integration Requirements.
Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Systems Engineers, Ensuring Successful Delivery Of Projects On Time And Within Budget.
