  1. Develop and lead the implementation of global requirements for our systems in complex programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and performance of systems.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and problem-solving to identify potential issues and provide innovative solutions.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of cutting-edge technology and industry trends to inform and improve global requirements.
  5. Utilize strong systems engineering skills to design and develop complex systems.
  6. Lead and mentor junior engineers within the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  7. Communicate and present technical information to stakeholders and senior management.
  8. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality systems.
  9. Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of global requirements development.
  11. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive working relationships with clients and partners.
  12. Stay updated with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in global requirements development.
  13. Support proposal development and participate in customer meetings and presentations.
  14. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all global requirements processes and activities.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Extensive Experience In Systems Engineering, With A Minimum Of 10 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Requirements Development And Management Processes, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Complex System Architectures And Their Integration Requirements.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Systems Engineers, Ensuring Successful Delivery Of Projects On Time And Within Budget.
