Lead the design and development of complex systems for diverse projects within Northrop Grumman.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the SE Architecture Team in developing advanced solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and technologies.
Utilize your expertise in systems engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Systems Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Projects. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Systems Engineering Processes And Methodologies, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing System Architectures.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, The Sr Principal Engineer Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Engineers. They Should Have Experience In Setting Clear Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.
Expertise In Se Architecture: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Se Architecture, With Experience In Designing Complex Systems And Integrating Various Subsystems. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And The Ability To Identify And Recommend New Architecture Solutions To Meet Project Requirements.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Sr Principal Engineer Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Strong Relationships With Team Members And Customers.
Technical Knowledge And Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field. They Should Also Have Certifications In Systems Engineering And Architecture, Such As Csep Or Esep. Knowledge And Experience In Agile Methodologies And Tools, Such As Doors And Sysml, Are Also Highly Desirable.
