Develop and implement safety strategies for global systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead a team of engineers to ensure safety practices are effectively implemented and maintained.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in global systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety practices into system design and development.
Analyze data and make recommendations for improvement of safety processes and protocols.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in safety engineering to continuously improve global systems safety.
Train and mentor team members on safety engineering principles and best practices.
Develop and maintain safety documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate and present safety strategies and findings to leadership and other key stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert on global systems safety, providing guidance and support to other engineering teams.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Systems Engineering And Safety Analysis
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In System Safety Engineering, With Demonstrated Knowledge Of Global Systems Safety Standards And Regulations
Extensive Experience In Conducting Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, And Safety Assessments For Complex Systems
Strong Understanding Of System Safety Engineering Processes And Tools, Including Fault Tree Analysis, Failure Modes And Effects Analysis, And Hazard And Operability Studies
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Information To Stakeholders.
