  1. Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge electronic technology for Northrop Grumman's projects and products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems.
  3. Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in electronics engineering to provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electronic technology to drive innovation within the company.
  5. Take ownership of projects and ensure timely and successful completion within budget and scope.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to source necessary components for electronic systems.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and protocols in the design and development of electronic systems.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  9. Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in electronics engineering.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, to understand their needs and provide technical support and solutions.
  11. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to electronic engineering to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert in electronic engineering and actively contribute to the advancement of the company's technical capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Electronics Design And Development

  • Expertise In Designing And Testing Complex Electronic Systems, Including Experience With High-Speed Digital And Analog Circuits

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Leading Successful Engineering Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget

  • Experience Working With Military Or Aerospace Electronics And Familiarity With Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Mil-Std-810 And Do-178B.
