- Lead and collaborate with a team of engineers to develop and implement new aeronautical technologies.
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in aeronautical engineering to continuously improve project designs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the development and testing of aeronautical systems.
- Act as a mentor and technical resource for junior engineers on the team.

- Participate in proposal development and review processes to secure new projects and funding opportunities.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Aerospace Industry With A Focus On Aeronautical Engineering.
Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field, Master's Degree Preferred.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With A Variety Of Aeronautical Engineering Principles And Tools, Including Cad Software, Structural Analysis, And Aerodynamics.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Complex Engineering Projects From Concept To Production.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
