Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans for complex systems.

Conduct thorough testing of software systems, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Identify and report software defects, track their resolutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Utilize automated testing tools and techniques to streamline the testing process and increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, procedures, and reports.

Continuously improve testing processes and techniques to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry best practices.
Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
Participate in software design reviews and provide valuable input from a testing perspective.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Software Testing, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior/Principal Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And Experience Working In An Agile/Scrum Environment.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Software Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.
