- Design and develop space payloads for various missions, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and specifications.
- Conduct testing and analysis of space payloads to ensure they are functioning properly and meeting performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate space payloads into larger systems and ensure seamless operation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in space technology to continuously improve and innovate in the design and development of space payloads.

- Create and maintain documentation of space payload designs, processes, and test results.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the development and testing of space payloads.
- Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Adhere to company and industry safety standards and regulations in all aspects of space payload design, development, and testing.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for the successful execution of space payload projects.

Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Spacecraft Payload Systems Design And Development.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Spacecraft Payloads And Their Integration Into Space Systems.
Experience With Payload System Testing And Verification.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Team Environment And Under Tight Deadlines.
