Develop and design electrical systems for space vehicles and satellites in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with a team of engineers to ensure the successful integration of electrical systems into overall spacecraft design.
Conduct thorough testing and analysis of electrical systems to ensure reliability and functionality in the harsh conditions of space.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of electrical designs, test plans, and results.
Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into electrical designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the design and testing process.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the design and testing of electrical systems.
Continuously identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and quality control, to ensure successful production and integration of electrical systems.
Mentor and train junior engineers on best practices and techniques for designing and testing electrical systems.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner to clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Prior Experience In The Aerospace Industry, With A Focus On Space Systems.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Electrical Design Tools.
Knowledge Of Spacecraft Power Systems, Including Solar Arrays, Batteries, And Power Distribution.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Space Systems, Such As Mil-Std-461 And Nasa-Std-4005.
