  1. Oversee and manage the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced spacecraft and systems.
  2. Develop and implement assembly and integration plans, schedules, and processes.
  3. Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of integration tasks.
  4. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and testing to facilitate smooth integration processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the integration process.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful integration and launch.
  8. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to project managers and senior leadership.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve assembly and integration processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to build a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
  12. Stay updated on industry advancements and trends in space technology to incorporate into integration processes.
  13. Represent the company in meetings with clients and external partners to discuss integration plans and progress.
  14. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all integration activities.
  15. Adhere to strict timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of space missions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Space Assembly And Integration Projects, With A Focus On Leading Teams And Managing Complex Systems.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Space Assembly And Integration Processes.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Manage Budgets.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
